• Are local, so you will be speaking to people who know your local area
• Are big enough to provide the help needed and small enough to care passionately about what we do
• Are funded to provide assistance under the Community Home Support Program, the Veterans’ Home Care Program and the Tasmanian HACC Program (and NDIS)
• Are funded to provide Domestic Assistance, Social Support and some Home and Garden Maintenance
• Are a smaller service provider who never forgets that we are dealing with people
• Make it our priority to provide a reliable and friendly service
• Provide client-centred care, so the client’s needs and wants are heard and acted upon
• Work closely with our clients, their spouse, family and carers as part of a supportive team
• Have wonderful, friendly, Support Workers and Contractors who have passedthorough background checks, are covered by insurance and who are all passionate about their jobs
• Support our clients in their desire to remain independent and safe in their own homes
